Mark Wrightsman
As CEO, Mark co-founded P2G Capital in 2019 with trusted partners.
From 1999 until early 2019 Mark led PaR Systems, a Robotics and specialty Material Handling automation business, as CEO. During this time the company strengthened profitability during a time of significant growth bolstered by 14 acquisitions. Through building a strong leadership team, strategic client relationship development and technology investment, and driving organic growth and operational excellence, as well as integration of acquisitions creating four separate business units (Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, and Industrial automation groups), PaR’s equity, and enterprise value, grew over 20 times.
He began his career entering GE in 1980 with an engineering degree, and obtained his MBA in the evening, during a time of substantial change and leadership focus within the company. He held project management, product management and account leader roles and began running businesses early in his GE career. Through a focus on developing leadership teams and leading growth, he led accelerating power systems businesses for GE in Asia and Europe. He returned to California to lead a global nuclear business with 7 different business segments including nuclear control room electronic equipment upgrades, engineering and power uprates, major plant upgrade and modification projects, and other business segments supporting the global nuclear power plant fleet.
Mark had shorter assignments between 1996 and 1999, initially with SPX leading a global automotive diagnostics equipment business with four product business segments, and then with Unisys, leading the 1,500-person functional group which included European Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, IT, and Facilities, supporting the multi-billion-dollar Unisys Europe Group.
He remains active supporting ministries, including having supported the creation of the St. Paul, MN., charter school The Journey School.
Mark has an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida.
